About Us

Bright Futures Early Learning Center is located in East Milton, FL. We are a veteran-owned & operated facility that is licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families and a contracted School Readiness Provider through the Early Learning Coalition of Santa Rosa County.

We are also approved providers for Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood (MCCYN) and Child Care Aware of America.

Our Mission

We are focused on improving the kindergarten readiness rate in our community by assisting families with developing foundations for educational success.

Our Founder

Dr. Tera Ali founded Bright Futures Early Learning Center in 2023. She is a dedicated advocate for the educational advancement of youth in Santa Rosa County, Escambia County, and neighboring communities.

Programs

Bright Futures Early Learning Center provides high quality child care and early learning programs to children ages six weeks to five years old. Our hours of operation are 6:30 AM to 5:45 PM Monday through Friday.

We have adopted the Florida Division of Early Learning's approved School Readiness curriculum, Learning Beyond. This curriculum is used as the foundation for our child care & early learning programs, as well as our Florida VPK program.

For daily engagement with families, we utilize the child care management app, Procare.

Child Care & Early Learning

All classes for students who are aged 6 weeks to 4 years old.

Florida VPK

A free voluntary prekindergarten program for all families regardless of income.

Now enrolling for the 2025-2026 School Year. Space is limited!

F.A.S.T Learners

An in-person, weekend tutoring program that provides customized learning plans to improve FAST assessment scores for school-aged children.

Readers are Leaders

Bright Futures Early Learning Center's Readers are Leaders program promotes Early Literacy through partnership with community leaders. Each week a community leader spends time at the facility reading one of their favorite stories with our prekindergarten classes.

Bright Futures Early Learning Center requires a center tour before enrollment.
